Martin CibakHockey IntelligenceStanley Cup Winner · Hockey Analyst · Speaker
From the Tampa Bay Lightning locker room to executive conversations with clubs, agents and federations, Martin translates elite hockey experience into clear player intelligence, game analysis and high-performance stories.
What Martin does
Modern hockey produces more video, tracking, scouting notes and performance signals than teams can absorb cleanly. Martin helps decision-makers separate noise from meaning: what a player actually is, what a game is revealing and what a club should do next.
Advisory
Independent player reads, role fit, development priorities and peer-context analysis for agents, clubs and decision-makers.
Actionable review of team structure, player habits, momentum shifts and the details that decide close games.
Hockey-first assessment that connects video, scouting context and character signals into practical decision support.
Advisory for hockey operations, player pathways, academy standards and the translation of data into coaching language.
Player profile
Martin Cibak was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning and became part of the 2003-04 Stanley Cup championship team. His career continued across elite European hockey, including Sweden, the KHL and the Czech and Slovak leagues.
That path gives him a rare view of hockey development: North American pressure, European detail, locker-room dynamics, player transitions and the human side behind performance data.
The standard
Martin uses that standard in every advisory and speaking engagement: clear roles, honest reads, pressure-tested communication and respect for the details that never show up in a box score.
